Innovation and the ICC Academy

The Institute for Cultural Communicators (ICC) is always looking for ways to innovate. Because of this mission they created the online academy. I have taken multiple online courses with the ICC Academy. The first course I took was online basics. To be honest, I didn’t think I could learn much from this class. If you know me, I’m a "Tech Geek".

I ended up learning a lot more than I thought I would. To name a few: I learned differences in social media platforms, MLA formatting and the importance of giving credit when you use some else's photo. Once I finished Online Basics, I took Online Intermediate. I enjoyed learning how to make a video about something we learned in class, as well as designing a website.

The ICC Academy offers more than 15 courses. They have something for everyone, even if you aren’t a member of ICC.
