Four of our Student leaders had the privilege of attending a CliftonStrengths COHORT with Cindy Mattson at the Louttit Library. During the three hour session, Cindy Mattson guided the students through a time of self discovery of their God given strengths.
Julie Lythcott-Haims, Stanford Dean of Students, states in her New York Times Bestseller book entitled, How To Raise An Adult, that it will benefit all students to take the CliftonStrengths, Strong Interest Inventory and the MBTI assessments prior to attending college. She has seen students lacking hope, failing classes, demonstrating minimal life direction, and struggling with emotional resilience. The information gleaned from the data in these assessments can give hope, direction, and definition to students as they navigate their future.
During Cindy's visit to Rhode Island, she was able speak to a half a dozen parents, meet with 17 high school and college students and two married couples. We were so blessed by her ministry.
Defining Point Consulting Cindy Mattson is highly recommended by Jeannie Burlowski for life direction and career consulting.
