When I was 10 years old, my mom signed me up for Beginning Public Speaking (BPS).
That was six years ago. Back then I looked up to the RI HOPE student leaders and learned skills from them as they taught the BPS classes. I learned a lot of leadership tips from them too.
To be a leader you have to:
use your speech skills
be a good listener
be willing to learn
Being part of the Institute for Cultural Communicators (ICC) has challenged me to grow as a leader in many ways. I have learned to work on teams, teach lessons, go on speech platforms, honor deadlines and most importantly step deeper into my relationship with Jesus Christ.

become extraordinary leaders for Christ?
